Terms and Condition

By booking a trip with Ever Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your permits, domestic flights, and hotel reservations.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 80% must be settled upon your arrival in Kathmandu, before the trek departure. We accept cash (USD, EUR, GBP) or credit cards (a 4% bank surcharge applies to card payments).

  • Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 10 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your trip, you must provide written notice. The following fees apply:

  • More than 45 days before departure: Loss of deposit only.

  • 30 – 44 days before departure: 40% of total trip cost.

  • 15 – 29 days before departure: 60% of total trip cost.

  • Less than 15 days or No-Show: 100% of total trip cost (No refund).

  • Early Completion/Voluntary Leave: No refunds will be given for unused accommodation, transport, or meals if you leave the trek early for any reason.

3. Mandatory Travel Insurance

As of 2026, the Nepal government requires proof of insurance for most trekking permits.

  • Your policy must cover medical expenses and emergency helicopter evacuation up to the maximum altitude of your trek (e.g., $6,000\text{m}$ for EBC).

  • You must provide a copy of your insurance policy to us before departure.

4. Itinerary Changes and Delays

High-altitude travel is subject to weather and geological conditions.

  • Force Majeure: Ever Nepal Adventure is not liable for changes caused by natural disasters, flight cancellations (common in Lukla/Jomsom), landslides, or political unrest.

  • Extra Costs: Any additional costs arising from such delays (extra hotel nights, helicopter charters, or rerouting) are the responsibility of the client.

5. Health and Fitness

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for their chosen itinerary.

  • You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions (asthma, heart conditions, etc.) at the time of booking.

  • Our guides reserve the right to stop a client from continuing if their health/safety is at risk.

6. Guide Authority

By booking, you agree to follow the safety instructions of your licensed guide. If a client commits an illegal act or endangers the group, the guide has the authority to terminate that client’s trip immediately without refund.

7. Governing Law

This contract is governed by the Laws of the Government of Nepal. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kathmandu.
